Public pages should not be used to submit private enterprise files, identity numbers, bank details, portal credentials, confidential bid material, or private government-service information. If a future feature asks for additional information, it should explain the purpose and channel clearly before any user action.

Use care with private business information
These public pages do not ask users to upload documents, share credentials, or submit private business files. Users should continue to treat any private business information with care and verify the channel before sharing documents or credentials anywhere.
Sensitive information users should not send
Do not send Aadhaar, PAN, OTPs, passwords, bank account details, bank statements, private documents, confidential bid details, buyer contracts, DSC credentials, portal login details, or application credentials through public MSME Saarthi pages or unapproved channels.
