How MSME Saarthi handles public-page privacy.

This page explains what MSME Saarthi public pages are for, what they do not collect, and what users should avoid sharing before using Learn, Guides, Schemes, Udyam, AI Saarthi, or related public pages.

MSME Saarthi provides public-source readiness guidance only. It is not a government portal, official decision system, lender, certification body, or tender authority.

MSME Saarthi does not guarantee eligibility, registration, subsidy, loan, tender award, certification, scheme benefit, approval, payment, or any official outcome.

Public-page privacy

MSME Saarthi public pages are designed for general readiness guidance, public-source awareness, and official-source verification reminders. Public pages should not be used to submit private enterprise files, identity numbers, bank details, portal credentials, confidential bid material, or private government-service information. If a future feature asks for additional information, it should explain the purpose and channel clearly before any user action.

  • Use public pages for learning, planning, and preparing questions.
  • Use official portals or trusted professional channels for formal submissions.
  • Avoid sharing sensitive data in public chat, public pages, or unapproved email threads.

Use care with private business information

These public pages do not ask users to upload documents, share credentials, or submit private business files. Users should continue to treat any private business information with care and verify the channel before sharing documents or credentials anywhere.

Sensitive information users should not send

Do not send Aadhaar, PAN, OTPs, passwords, bank account details, bank statements, private documents, confidential bid details, buyer contracts, DSC credentials, portal login details, or application credentials through public MSME Saarthi pages or unapproved channels.
